Brief History/Overview: Greg opened the store on February 14, 1997 and the rest is truly history. We have been fortunate enough within this time to have dressed two Miss Teen USAs and our first Miss USA, Chelsea Cooley. Brief History/Overview: Owner Jill Rowland has a B.A. in English from Columbia College and is a native South Carolinian. She has judged, emceed and participated in pageants for over 15 years. It was Jill’s love of pageants and fashion that prompted her to open Dazzles in February of 2000. She has wardrobed hundreds of pageant contestants and has had winners on the local, state and national level.

Brief History/Overview: The Foxy Lady was founded by Paula Benik in 1972. She has expanded her locations since

is now taking this amazing boutique to a new level. After pursuing a successful career in musical theater and
attaining her one of many goals, a position as a Radio City Rockette for 6 years. Hayley returned home to
